Step 2: Virtual Design and Tasting Experience
Once we have a clear idea of your needs, we move on to the virtual design phase. We’ll collaborate through email, where you can share inspiration images, color palettes, and any other elements that will help us design your cake. We’ll then provide you with a detailed design proposal, complete with sketches and descriptions of the cake’s features.
For the tasting, we offer a curated selection of cake flavors and fillings that are released on a quarterly basis. This allows you to sample our offerings at your convenience, ensuring that you choose the flavors that best suit your palate.
Step 3: Proposal and Contract
After finalizing the design and flavors, we’ll send you a comprehensive proposal. This document includes all the details of your cake, from design to pricing. Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, we’ll proceed with a contract to secure your booking. A deposit is required at this stage to confirm your order.
Step 4: Crafting Your Cake
With everything finalized, the creative process begins! We meticulously craft your cake using the finest ingredients. Each layer is baked to perfection, and every decorative element is hand-crafted to match the design we’ve created together. Step 5: Final Touches and Delivery or Pickup Coordination
As your event date approaches, we’ll touch base to confirm the final details, including your preference for delivery or pickup. If you choose delivery, we coordinate closely with your venue to ensure your cake arrives on time and in perfect condition. If you prefer to pick up your cake, we’ll arrange a convenient time for you to collect it from a location near our studio.
