I hand pipe each flower petal by petal, then arrange the cupcakes together as a collection. A full bloom might sit beside a cluster of tiny buds or a cupcake might scattered with a few loose petals as if they fluttered down from a bouquet.
I love seeing them spread out on a bridal shower table, though there’s something just as lovely about opening a box of flowers you can eat.

I’m Christina. I started Blush in the few quiet hours of early motherhood, and my favorite part is still getting lost in the details. It might be creating just the right shade of pink or finessing the flow of my piping to mimic a peony just beginning to bloom. Those details find their way into cakes that feel modern, romantic, and timeless.
