  • Our cakes are fragile and should handled with care.

    1. Carry your cake box from the bottom to distribute weight evenly. This keeps the cake from sliding or falling out of the bottom and prevents the sides of the box from touching your cake.

    2. Transport your cake in the flattest part of your vehicle or trunk space. This is often the passenger side floor. Do not put your cake on the seat of your car or in a passenger's lap as the angle may cause your cake to shift. Please drive carefully with no sudden stops or sharp turns.

    3. Cakes are best transported in cooler temperatures. Turn up the A/C in warmer months and do not have the heat blasting during winter months. Do not set your car heater settings to the foot vent.

    4. Transfer your cake to the refrigerator immediately upon arrival as this will ensure freshness and quality. Cakes will remain fresh for up to three days, cookies and confections will remain fresh for up to five days.

  • Our cakes and confections are best enjoyed at room temperature. Remove your cake 60 to 90 minutes prior to serving. For your convenience we will provide you with a cake cutting guide to help you cut your cake to maximize the number of servings.

Cakes must be displayed on a level surface and in an environment no warmer than 71 degrees. If using a cake stand, ensure that the plate of the stand is at least the diameter of the cake board. Keep your cake away from direct heat sources and out of direct sunlight. We do not recommend displaying your cake outdoors.

Any leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator in their original box or in an airtight container. You can also wrap leftovers in cling wrap and freeze them for up to 3 months.
