Ingredients and Allergens Statement

All items are produced in a home bakery that is licensed and inspected by the PA Department of Agriculture and is insured by FLIP insurance.

Items described as “gluten friendly” are made with King Arthur Flour Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour but are produced in a kitchen that frequently handles gluten containing ingredients. While we do our best to follow best practices for food storage and preparation, we are not a gluten free kitchen and cannot guarantee that there will be no air cross- contamination.

Items may contain known allergens such as tree nuts, dairy, soy and eggs. Ingredients include flour, sugar, butter and/ or coconut oil or shortening, eggs and/ or egg whites, salt, baking powder, baking soda, Dutch process cocoa powder, extracts, chocolate, food coloring, and nuts and/ or nut butters where applicable.

Some menu items may be made nut free and/ or gluten friendly. We do not offer egg free, dairy free or vegan items. Please inquire directly for possible substitutions.
